South India Day 1: Los Angeles To Mumbai
Adam, Stacy and I finally arrived in Mumbai after 20 something hours of flying. After being told that we could walk to the Mumbai Marriott Sahar from the airport, and weighing the options of the mosquitos, heavy luggage, fatigue, and generally not knowing where we were, we asked a helpful airport official who told us where to stand for the hotel car. Good choice, even though it was probably only a three minute drive. This hotel is very posh and the room comfortable. The bathroom was odd in that the whole wall could be moved and basically opened up into the room. With three people who enjoy privacy, we basically took our turns in the restroom either when the others were asleep or out of the room. I think I only slept for about 3 hours that night, not because of the room or anything else other than general jet lag.
